I wanted to take a moment to commend Blake and his staff at Action Auto. Several years ago, Blake installed a leveling kit and brush guard with a winch on my 2011 Tahoe. The installation was professionally executed, and there were absolutely no issues. When I recently purchased my 2026 Tahoe and decided to install a Westin brush guard, there was no question about who I would trust with my new vehicle. During the installation, Blake discovered that the manufacturer's instructions were incorrect. He contacted the manufacturer and obtained updated instructions, only to discover that those instructions were also incorrect and did not address the necessary modifications to the front bumper. Throughout the process, Blake kept me informed of the situation, solicited my input, and worked with me to develop a plan for completing the installation properly. I am extremely pleased to say that the finished product exceeded my expectations. Blake also took multiple photographs throughout the installation to document the issues and provide the manufacturer with accurate information so they could correct their installation instructions. His goal was to ensure that future customers would not have to experience the same difficulties we encountered. That is what going the extra mile looks like. Blake and the Action Auto team demonstrated exceptional workmanship, professionalism, communication, and most importantly, a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. If you are considering using Action Auto for your vehicle, I highly recommend them. You can put your concerns to rest and trust that your vehicle is in capable hands. I was in desperate need of help for my starter to be replaced, I had no appointment and they were able to get me in when it broke and I was able to pick it up the next day. Very nice employees, super generous and very thankful for there service! Would definitely recommend their business.

We've been going to Action Auto for MANY years - they first installed a lift on my son's truck (from a recommendation) must have been around 2008, we've been loyal ever since. They have serviced all our vehicles - cars, trucks and jeeps. Hands down the best from Mary up front to all the guys in the back. Blake will always call with diagnoses (good or bad). This review is LONG over-due... I have been taking my 2015 Ford F150 King Ranch to Action Auto since they opened their shop here in Paleo Park of Commerce, and I won't take it anywhere else.
